About the Company
We are a young, dynamic company building on a 30-year tradition of supplying specialised software solutions for retail. Thanks to a team of experienced senior consultants, we aim to bring existing and future clients user-friendly solutions that are tailor-made for their business, helping them accelerate running and grow further, so that they are ready for any of the changes that come hand-in-hand with modern retail. Our latest product is POS NG, currently the most modern POS solution on the market, capable of serving both the non-food segment (fashion, toys, sports, tobacco...) as well as the fast food sector.
Responsible for the overall direction and management of the company. Takes part in the decision-making process in the areas of product development, customer support and sales. His largest projects include the implementation of solutions in several branches of UniCredit Leasing in multiple countries and the preparation of a complete information system upgrade for AutoBinck NV.
I listen to customers closely and try to thoroughly analyse and understand their needs and wishes, correctly identify problems, and bring realistic solutions that help customers reach their business goals. I gained vital experience during the development of an electronic sales record system for Vodafone and T-Mobile, which helped me understand the true nature of my field – development is the centre-point of everything and intertwines with a number of other fields.
I've taken my years of experience gained from a wide variety of job opportunities and used them to my advantage. Not only did I gain a broad understanding of the industry, learned to seek out business opportunities, design tailor-made solutions, coordinate teams and direct the growth of a business, I also learned how to work with people. I realised that the key to success for any business is gaining satisfied customers who trust you.

I've been working in implementing POS, warehouse and e-shop software solutions for retail for more than 10 years. I've always focused on combining technology with a thorough understanding of the customer's wishes. My team and I are in charge of ensuring timely and high-quality support for our company's services. The aim is to provide the best possible delivery of new implementations. Our biggest success stories include the implementation of a new software solution for MANUFAKTURA, and Traficon Invest.
I began as a service technician. Now I'm in charge of a team of 5 people and together, we try to make the customer's wishes a reality. To achieve that goal, you need not only expertise and the willingness to meet your customer's demands, but also mutual understanding, respect and a certain kind of patience. My most important challenge was implementing a POS solution for Electroworld. The project necessitated a large number of modifications.
I don't like to stand out from the crowd. I prefer having everyone's back and providing a solid background for the smooth running of a business. I've always been drawn to IT since I was a child, I like to watch as things constantly progress and change direction. I'm in charge of the service team, which focuses on addressing customer demands and problems, or, in other words, on making sure everything works as it should!
