
For the CBA CZ cooperative, we added a loyalty club and digital loyalty cards called BIM KARTA to the existing cashier solution in stores, and at the same time we created a client zone on the e-shop.
The solution is built on the air&me platform, which serves as a central repository for all customer-related data. It is thus a great asset in active communication with customers, segmentation and targeted marketing actions.
