An important day for NG Retail, a member of the DT-holding a.s. (www.dt-holding.cz). By signing the transaction agreements and taking over parts of the assets of Diebold Nixdorf Retail Solutions s.r.o. and Diebold Nixdorf s.r.o, we have completed the acquisition process and significantly expanded our portfolio of services.
With this step, we have moved to fulfill our vision, to develop innovative software solutions, that will enable our customers to run a successful and efficient retail business of the future. Stanislav Zrcek, on behalf of Diebold Nixdorf Retail Solutions, and Daniel Tomeš, CEO of NG Retail, confirmed everything with their signatures.
