
For our valuable customer TESCOMA company, we extended the already created TESCOMA Club loyalty system to Portugal. TESCOMA customers can earn points for their purchases at the kitchenware e-shop, and then take advantage of discounts and promotional offers for club members.
The entire solution is based on the air&me platform, which allows central management of the loyalty program, e.g. setting discounts, reporting, etc. However, the main benefit is the ability to analyze behavior and thereby also improve marketing communication.
