Petr Franěk

I am responsible for the overall direction and management of the company. I am involved in the decision-making process in the areas of product development, customer support and sales. My largest projects include the implementation of information system to UniCredit Leasing in multiple countries or the preparation of a complete information system upgrade for AutoBinck NV.

Head of Development

Jan Sobotík

I listen to customers closely and try to thoroughly analyse and understand their needs and wishes, correctly identify problems and bring realistic solutions that help customers reach their business goals. I gained vital experience during the development of an electronic sales record system for Vodafone and T-Mobile, which helped me understand the true nature of my field – development is the centre-point of everything and intertwines with a number of other fields.

I began as a service technician. Now I'm in charge of a team of 5 people and together, we try to make the customer's wishes a reality. To achieve that goal, you need not only expertise and the willingness to meet your customer's demands, but also mutual understanding, respect and a certain kind of patience. My most important challenge was implementing a POS solution for Electroworld. The project necessitated a large number of modifications.

Support manager

Róbert Valovič

My big advantage is that I started in the support department 7 years ago and went through its entire development. I gradually worked my way up from senior consultant to the leading position of support manager. Now it is not just about technical work, but more about listening to the people in my team and leading them effectively. It also applies to me, that the customer and his needs come first, so I always try to find the best solution. I also supervise all parts of the entire process, from documentation to the prioritization of solutions to customer requirements and their implementation. Of course, I also supervise the performance of all the tasks of my team.

Project manager

Martin Pavelec

Based on various experiences from the position of salesperson, product manager or chief executive, I can empathize with the customer's needs, estimate them, and build a relationship with them. I still carry a piece of the "salesperson" inside me. I can now take advantage of all this in the position of project manager, where I am responsible for the overall operation of entrusted projects and manage all phases of the fulfillment of individual tasks. For the successful completion of the project, clear and active communication during is important, both in the relationship with the customer when responding to his requirements, and with our development and support teams.
