SUPER ZOO – LOYALTY SYSTEM IN CROATIA

For the company Plaček Pet Products s.r.o., which is known on our market for its network of stores and e-shop under the Super zoo brand, we created a new loyalty system “Super zoo family”. They have now expanded to Croatia, with the first store in Kaštela. Right from the opening day, we ensured the possibility of registration also for the first Croatian customers. Whole process is also simplified by the fact, that customers can easily get digital mobile cards on their smartphones without need to download any other app, just  through the Apple Wallet and the Google Wallet native applications.

The air&me platform, on which the entire solution is built, enables central management of the loyalty system, various discount settings, flexibility of marketing options, as well as for motivating and rewarding employees.
However, the main benefit is the ability to communicate and analyze the behavior of customers not only from e-commerce but also from their stores.
