For TESCOMA, which is well known as a manufacturer and seller of kitchen utensils, we created a new loyalty program “TESCOMA club” for the Polish market. Customers can thus earn points for their purchases, and then use them at their stores or e-shop. The implementation will also follow in other countries where Tescoma has its stores.
The air&me platform, on which the entire solution is built, enables central management of the loyalty program, i.e. setting discounts, use of vouchers and gift cards, reporting, etc. However, the main benefit is the ability to analyze the behavior of customers not only from e-commerce, but also from stores and thereby also improving right marketing communication.
