
We created the TESCOMA club loyalty program for the TESCOMA company, which is known on the market primarily as a manufacturer and seller of kitchen utensils. Customers can thus earn points for their purchases, and then use them at the stores or the e-shop. Same loyalty system is already running successfully on the Polish and Czech markets, and now we have expanded it to Hungary as well.
The air&me platform, on which the entire solution is built, enables central management of the loyalty program, i.e. setting discounts, use of vouchers and gift cards, reporting, etc. However, the main benefit is the ability to analyze the behavior of customers not only from e-commerce, but also from stores and thereby also improve company marketing communication.
