UGO – LOYALTY SYSTEM

We have created a new loyalty system based on our air&me platform for UGO trade s.r.o., known for its network of Salaterias and Freshbars. UGO customers can collect points for their purchases, which they can then turn into discounts in combination with non-financial benefits, making further shopping more enjoyable and deepening their relationship with the brand.

The main benefits include central management of the loyalty system, setting various discounts, while cards and vouchers can be sent to a mobile device. Above all, however, it makes it possible to analyze customer behavior and the flexibility of marketing options.
